Mr. Wang Xiuchun joined the Group in January 2002, was appointed as Executive Director on April 9th 2018, and Chairman of the Board on March 27th 2019. Mr. Wang Xiuchun is mainly in charge of overall management and strategic planning.

Ms. Wan Yun joined the Group in January 2010, was appointed Executive Director on April 9th 2018 and Chief Executive Officer on March 27th 2019. Ms. Wan Yun is Primarily responsible for daily business operations and overall administrative management.

Mr. Wang Lijiang joined the Group in March 2014, was appointed as Executive Director on April 9th 2018. Mr. Wang Lijiang is Currently primarily responsible for accounting and financial management.

Mr. Wang Likai joined the group in May 2020, was appointed as an Executive Director on  18 June  2020. Mr. Wang Likai is mainly in charge of HRprimarily responsible for management of personnel  and integration of resources of the Group.

Mr. Wang Shizhong joined the group in November 2003, was appointed as an executive director on 20 December 2017 and has been re-designated as a non-executive Director with effect from 18 June  2020. Mr. Wang Shizhong is primarily responsible for ’advising on strategy and business development of the Group.
